By using the website datacodecamp.com or engaging DataCodeCamp Cloud Solutions for services, you agree to the following terms.
DataCodeCamp provides technology consulting, software development, cloud infrastructure, and automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each engagement are agreed in writing before work commences.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom code and deliverables produced specifically for their project. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. DataCodeCamp retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the completion of the project.
DataCodeCamp's total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Project quotes cover the agreed scope of work. Requests that fall outside the original scope may require a change order and additional fees, which will be agreed in writing before proceeding.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed to the date of termination will be billed at the agreed rate. Deposits are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which DataCodeCamp is registered.
